1.How much does it cost to have designs digitized?

4 day turnaround--------$3.00 per 1,000 stitches

3 day turnaround--------$3.80 per 1,000 stitches

2 day turnaround--------$4.80 per 1,000 stitches

1 day turnaround--------$5.80 per 1,000 stitches

2. How much does it cost to estimate designs?

Free.

3.Do you charge for additional fee for edition?

We dont charge any edition fee, we think it is our duty to supply you satisfactory design.

4. How to send order to you?

You can e-mail a file, a description, or a scanned image of your requirements to us as well as you can fax your artwork. To make sure the design will be sent back as soon as possible, please send us your design along with 3 main items:

a. Size (Please specify the width and height)

b. Material: What kind of fabric it will be sewn on?

c. Format (what kind of format you want and other special inquires)Send order by e-mail: digitizing@acme-art.com.

5. Which type of art format is acceptable?

You can send pictures to us by format .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .eps, .psd , .eps or .pdf .

6. How do I get my finished embroidery design?

We will send the finshed embroidery design to you by email.

7.What format do you offer?

We can provide most format, such as .EDD, .DST, .DSB, .DSZ, .EXP, .CND, .PAT, .SAS, .PLS, .DP, .DAT, .CAP, .KSM, .SEW, .JEF, .HUS, .PES, ESL, .XXX, .PCQ, .CSB, .EMT, etc.

8.How do I pay for my designs?

You can go to our website and make payment by Paypal, or you can send us an e-mail to ask for our bank information for payment. We accept Visa card, Master card, Western Union, E-check, and Wire transfer make payment now...

9. What digitizing software do you use?

We own Wilcom, Rainbow, Tajima and Richpeace digitizing software.
